Youth And Drug Addiction (Part-2)
It is the youth of a country that is responsible for determining the future of a nation. It is indeed a dilemma for Pakistan as a nation for its youth to be involved in drugs use. The facilities to provide treatment to these young drug addicts are limited and only a few thousand out of millions are being treated. It is need time for the government to take action on providing treatment facilities to the youth who are wanting to leave drugs, but they are unable to afford the treatment for it and they are unaware of how can they get rid of their disease. Also, the government needs to raise awareness among youth against the damage which drugs can cause to their mental health. The government should also take steps to eliminate drug dealing and to convict the drug dealers for their crimes against the young generation. We as a society need to understand that drug addiction is a disease and its treatment is possible. Once a young person is addicted to drugs, it is literally impossible for him/her to get rid of it without treatment. Drug addiction is a bad thing, not drug addicts. They need to be taken care of and be taught about their disease. Every person has the ability to do great in life. When a young drug addict gets treated and goes through rehabilitation, it can be a life-changing process for him/her. It can turn them into the greatest version of themselves. The world needs to do more to tackle the dealing of drugs and their cultivation. More efforts are required to save youth from drugs.
We at “Hero Health Care (H&H)” are proud to be a part of the war against drug addiction and we are committed to providing a better future for our young generation. There’s nothing more satisfying than seeing young drug addicts becoming recovery addicts and getting back to live their normal lives with their full potentials.
