Serving as an intern in H&H Healthcare for a span of 15 days has been a wealth of experience for me. I
observed sessions and took a class alongside all the clients who were debriefed about their treatment.
The clinic follows all the protocols. It provides an immersive and potentially life-changing treatment
option for people struggling with addiction. I observed that clients work steadily to get sober, repair
broken relationships, and build lives of purpose and meaning. H&H allows clients to concentrate on their
overall wellbeing, including mind and body health. Furthermore, the center provides different exercise
classes to encourage a healthier body. These routines help clients form a habit that you can continue
post-treatment for a healthier lifestyle.
It was overall a good experience, and I got to learn a lot from here. I look forward in future to putting
these observed skills in my practical life and contributing to the mental health of others. I would like to
thank H&H Healthcare for this wonderful opportunity they provided me with in such a short span of
time, it was a significant experience for me.
